Friday night at the Barrel House Brewery in Paso

We spent Friday night at the Barrel House Brewery in Paso Robles 

with Todd and Tressa & Laura and Joel

 

the music was great, as was the beer, food and company

an evening "winery" event

We went to a "winery" event............a bank was showing off a winery with a defunct loan and they wanted some "locals" there for conversation. The food was good as was the music and fiends!!!

Back up to Paso Robles as..............seasonal innkeepers

We're back in saddle......inn keeping at the Winemakers Porch B&B for Corinne and Marlowe as they're off to France for a month...............

 

We celebrated their trip and Carol and my 45th!!! anniversary (which will be during this stay) with a special bottle of wine from the year we got married. It's a 1968 BV,  Estate Bottled, Private Reserve  Georges De Latour..........that's a really special bottle.

We weren't sure if it'd still be good, but it was!!!

It was one of four bottles I've been saving and decided it's time to drink and enjoy......
