Back to Cedar City

Danny and I went out in his Polaris Razor again, this time toward Bryce NP.
This is a beautiful stand of Aspen trees, which were scattered here and there.
Down the trails we went. The Razor is really incredible. It's a side by side and was extremely stable compared to a quad or motorcycle........plus you can talk to the person you are riding with.

Beautiful views around Danny and Marilyn's home.

We stopped at Dave and Doug's new "ranch" just north of Cedar City.......... more beautiful views!!

It was a great visit!!

Cedar City

We traveled to Cedar City to visit with Danny and Marilyn for a few days, while on to a woodturning symposium in Provo, UT.
Danny and I tried his "Razor" in the dirt beyond his house and it is really great/ fun!!
Later we all took off to "the outback" where we saw some great sights like the old charcoal furnaces below.

We did a little shooting, had a picnic lunch and saw some wild horses..........

On the way back, we had a Mexican dinner at one of their favorite places........

El Paso de Robles

After spending a week in Gardnerville, NV, we were going to camp on the central coast, but decided not to.........things were just getting too crowded. As soon as we decided that, we received a call from Corinne, seeing if we were available to "stand-in" them as they go to Austin, TX to see Tracy. So, we're back on the road to Paso Robles to do some of our "seasonal innkeeping" at Corinne and Marlowe's B&B- the Winemaker's Porch. Its always enjoyable for us as the people are always nice, we love to cook, the house and grounds are great and the locale is always a pleasure.
I have woodworking and wood turning items for sale at both Still Waters Vineyards http://www.stillwatersvineyards.com/ and Francis James Vineyard http://www.francesjamesvineyard.com/ . This time I was asked to also bring items for Hidden Oak Winery http://www.hiddenoakwinery.com/ and Pear Valley Winery http://www.pearvalley.com/ . I'm really honored........
