The Winemakers Porch B&B/ Frances James Vineyard

Here I'm up early and poaching eggs to top a wonderful French toast dish.
As you can see, Corinne and Marlowe joined the guests for breakfast- real taskmasters!!







Carol and Corinne are cutting flowers for the guests rooms.











Marlowe and I are doing the barrel tasting- he had to correct me on where the Malbeck was- no one else noticed!!















We put a few days in pressing and barreling this years wine.
This is the dry cake left over after the press.














Todd and Tressa with their girls and Marlowe's relatives can over for dinner- we cooked up a couple stromboli (with the girls help!!).










I was able to cut up some lumber for my lathe turning- a large olive branch, a white oak tree and an almond tree.
