dinner with Romolo and Angela

This night we were invited to have dinner with Romolo and Angela along with their friends the Booths. They have a wonderful Italian style home that is on the hills above the Winemakers Porch

 This is Romolo's outside cooking area with a wood burning pizza oven.

 Here's Romolo checking the banked coals for cooking.

 Since I couldn't "throw" the pizza dough, I patted it out like a tortilla.

 use the roller pin and a little sauce and veggies and............

  off to the oven. Here Romolo is taking out one of his masterpieces.

 We ate outside in their beautiful covered porch.

 And Angela's pasta and salads are always second to none.
