Is that paint under my nails??

June 18, Tuesday
This morning I drove to Lititz to help Paul do some painting on their new addition and renovation. He drove up from Rehoboth and I drove down from Bushkill.........

We got it all done and it was nice time with Paul, including a great cheese steak from Nino's...............

Once we left Buckhill, we traveled to Nazareth, PA where Martin guitars are made. We took the tour and it took me back to the 60's, when I would get their scrap mahogany, rosewood and ebony for $15 per car truck load!!

From here we proceded on to Island Heights, NJ, where my family had a "cabin" at the shore. My father made every piece of it by himself, from the cinder blocks to the well.
Here we met with Keith, the grandson of our neighbor Bob Spill and the present owner of both properties. It was really a trip down memory lane for me.That night we spent in the "skuzz bucket" motel in Seaside Beach and walked the boards (boardwalk). They certainly weren't what I remembered as a kid...........
