Its a great day for a paddle

This past weekend I joined my local kayaking club (WVKC) and camped, paddled and had a chili cook off on Lake Skinner.

It was beautiful and I've been wanting to get back on Skinner for months. We paddled Friday, Saturday and Sunday and it was great. I slipped off over by the reeds and saw about 2 dozen bass. Since I was so quiet, they even came out curiously as I slowly floated by. I'll have to go back and do some catch and release!!
