fun in Napa

Carol and I instructed everyone on making Okonomiyaki Pancakes (Japanese). These included cabbage, pork, shrimp and special sauces.

Here Fred is overseeing Marilyn's "flipping" style............

We took the Napa Wine Train for a special ride and dinner.

Always fun.................

And just like at the Hudson River Valley.............we had dinner at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America)   at Greystone. I parlayed an early 70's Christian Brothers Pinot for our lunch!!!

 

As usual, the "home cooked" meals were wonderful.
